You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, including WhatsApp messages and order information.
How to ask
Email contact@berrezuetainc.com with the subject "Data deletion request", or call (718) 502-5182. Include the phone number or email you used with us so we can find your information.
What happens next
We confirm your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once your data has been deleted. We may keep records we are legally required to retain, such as tax and transaction records, and we will tell you if that applies.
